An interactive webapp making Studio Ghibli movie information more accessible and visually enjoyable, built with p5.js and hosted on GitHub Pages.
Studio Ghibli has a devoted fanbase, but finding clear, well-organised information about its films is surprisingly hard, even on official sources. Ghibbles was built to change that.
Built as a two-person group project, the webapp gives users an interactive, visually engaging way to explore Studio Ghibli movies. The aim was to bring Ghibli movies and its characteristics together in one place, cut down on hopping between unreliable sources, and make the experience genuinely enjoyable.
The project was made for the Human Computer Interaction and Information Visualisation course of the Creative Intelligence and Technology programme at Leiden University.
